Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer you a safe 30-day return policy from the date you receive your items.
Because our sportswear is produced using custom sublimation printing, returns are accepted only under certain conditions. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags intact. Products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- You received the item other than the one you ordered
- You notice a manufacturing defect in the item
- The size or product received does not match your order
Due to the custom nature of sublimation apparel designs we make, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Color variations caused by screen or monitor differences
- Design and color approvals that were confirmed before production
To start a return, please contact us within the next 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs applied unless the return is due to our error, mistake, or a defective product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed safely to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or official holidays.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
