The design actually becomes part of the fabric instead of just sitting on top of it. You won’t deal with any cracking, peeling, or fading like you get with those old-school screen-printed jerseys.
We heat special ink to crazy high temps (over 400°F) until it turns into gas and soaks right into the fabric. When it cools back down, your design is locked in there permanently, and your jersey still feels totally soft.
A polyester-spandex blend that works great for athletes. It stretches when you move, breathes when you sweat, and doesn’t fall apart after a rough season.
Figure about 2-3 weeks for us to make your stuff once you’ve approved the design. Then shipping’s another 3-7 weeks depending on where you are, we’ll give you a better estimate when you order.
Yeah, just throw them in with cold water and dry on low. Don’t use bleach though. The designs won’t fade or anything since they’re actually part of the fabric.
