How long does the Production and Delivery take?
Our production timeline for sportswear is generally from 2-3 weeks after your final design approval and deposit. The delivery of your order takes 3-7 weeks globally, but it is also dependent on some other factors, like the selection of shipment service and method. We’ll also provide you with an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
What is the minimum order quantity you take, and the sample process?
The minimum order criteria for us, specifically in sports wear, is 15 units per design. For samples, we offer a pre-production sample service where you can review a physical sample of your design for quality and accuracy before full production commences. There may be a small sample fee, which is often credited back on bulk orders.
What material do you use for making sublimated shirts?
For producing sublimated shirts, we use high-performance, moisture-wicking polyester fabrics.
